Return Policy

It is the sole discretion of QPro Concrete Sleepers to accept returns on stock. Should the returned product not be of first quality as originally purchased then the refund/credit amount will be in line with seconds pricing.

We consider the below key points when processing returns:

• Purchase must be from QPro at our Brendale facility.
• All returns incur a 40% restocking fee.
• Returns/claims must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Seconds or clearance stock will not be eligible for return/refund
